GLAM ROCK : That's Entertainment !

Combine extravagant, flamboyant, androgynous costuming and makeup with teenage bubblegum pop melodies or stomping rhythms from early rock & roll and you will have a pretty good idea of what Glam Rock is (a.k.a. Glitter Rock).

Mostly a British phenomenon, Glam Rock peaked during the mid 1970s & during these 5 years took to new heights the idea of rock music as entertainment.

Oldies but Goodies Heaven

Do you remember in the last century, before the introduction of the CD ? When we were discovering the sound of these different rock/pop bands on these fragile black vinyls ? The sound was sometimes hissing & scratching, but how many hours have we spent listening to our small collection of LPs while reading the liner notes ?

Well my only objective is to share the music I liked then, yes the one of the 60's, 70's & 80's thru the different styles that emerged during this timeframe.
